Requested documents can usually be provided while you wait at no additional charge. You must provide a certified copy or original document. You will want to have your payment handy.

Do you need to order a certified copy at the same time or does the fee include a certified copy?

An Ohio certified copy can be ordered at the same time. However, separate checks will need to be prepared for the fees because certified copies are processed in a different department. This fee does not include a certified copy.
